Anytime there is a box of solution that won't read or has a problem we need the team member at the salon or maintenance to contact sunless tech support at 855-450-3500 from their cell phone. Sunless will then troubleshoot the box and determine whether or not it needs replaced and or sent back for further testing.  It's very important that this is done every time and that you then let us know what the result of the call was.
