If you are having any issue with a client not receiving these forms then you can guide to this website: my.zoomtan.com/forms. There they will put in their cell phone and driver's license number and it will bring them to the forms.

You can regenerate these forms. You can do this by going in the client's profile and selecting the Client Info tab then selecting the Edit Client Info button. On the right hand side there will be a selection of check boxes. Look for the the REGEN check boxes. Check which is applicable (ex. UV form or Spray form) and select Save Client Info. The last step is to log out of the client's profile and re-login which will fire of the text message to the client.
