These are the Operating Procedures To find out our Status when it comes to Losing power at a Store.

When a store has a brown out the most important thing to do is to MAKE SURE the brown out is center wide or only in our store.  Be careful of your sources because disinformation is very likely where as in a BLACK OUT its much easier to tell if its our entire center.

Once we determine that its a brownout and its center wide or our store the following people must be contacted.   The store DM, RM, Michele and me.  And contacting me means email, text and / or call until you know i know.  Its very important that i am made aware because after all these years no one really understands
who can or should do what.  We cannot fix a center wide brown out.  Don't even try.  All we can do is notify the power company.   Thats it.   

We can however do the following:  Sometimes 1 or all of the Spray Machines will still work.   Assuming that the rack is still operating you can arm any of the spray machines that appear connected to Hyperion.  If you send time and it appears on the screen in the booth it should work.

If they work great, if they don't then that's the way it is,   We dont call Tom or IT.  They cant fix the problem
except to go through heroics to get the internet running in some cases and we are no longer going to do that either.   Any questions please address them now!
